Sorry to hear you are having trouble with these events. One thing to check would be to verify if the user's are checking the "Mark Available" checkbox in the top right section of the form. If they are, then their freetime will not be booked so it should be unchecked then saved and the next time busytime checks that database the entries should now be updated to be booked.
